To open an account with Bitjile, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Accounts created using false information may be suspended at any time and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Registration Eligibility

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Bitjile is not liable for unauthorised access to your account unless it results from a fault in our system. Please report any suspicious activity immediately to support@bitjile.net.

Bitjile complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. As part of this, all users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Large withdrawals will be restricted until KYC verification is complete.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. VIP members enjoy priority fast withdrawals. Withdrawals will be restricted if KYC verification has not been completed.

• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled before the event starts, all bets will be refunded.
• Bets accepted before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• Exploiting system or software errors to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Bitjile reserves the right to void any bets placed on match-fixed or otherwise manipulated matches.

Live Betting

In live betting, odds change in real time based on live data. Due to network latency, there may be a difference between the odds displayed and the odds accepted. Bitjile strives to provide the best real-time experience but does not accept liability for technical limitations.

Bitjile's bonus and promotion offers are provided under specific terms. Please read the individual terms of each offer carefully before claiming. All bonuses apply to eligible members residing in Bangladesh.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed once per member unless stated otherwise.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed at the time of the first deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Betting on certain games or markets using bonus funds may be restricted.
• Voucher codes cannot be used after their expiry date.

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Bitjile's services. Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

• Conducting transactions involving money laundering or funds of illegal origin.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or device.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting activity.
• Collecting other members' information or harassing users on the platform.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.

An account may be closed either by the user or by Bitjile. The applicable conditions for account closure are outlined below.

Voluntary Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the closure is finalized. To request an account closure, send an email to support@bitjile.net.

Closure or Suspension by Bitjile

• Accounts may be suspended immediately in the event of a terms violation.
• The account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is underway.
• If a prohibited activity is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the balance will be forfeited.
• Bitjile may close an account where required by law or directed by a regulatory authority.

• Bets or opportunities lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Data loss caused by issues with the user's own device.

In no event shall Bitjile's maximum liability to a user exceed the total amount deposited by that user over the preceding 12 months.
